The New Education Policy (NEP 2020) calls for schools to be safe and inclusive spaces where every child can learn without fear. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) affirms that student safety is not optional — it is essential. At the National Council for School Safety (NCSS), we believe no school should face this responsibility alone. Keeping children safe is a shared duty — one we must fulfil together, as a nation.
